i think that if the admins want to keep an account they can hold it. but it will auto delete some. if im not mistaken.

Yeah most accounts are deleted if the person does not sign on for over a month.... some are kept because it could have been a member who contributed a lot in their time and it is a sign of respect to them if they ever choose to come back
